The Sri Lankan Rupee recorded a slight decline against the US Dollar on June 11, according to the latest exchange rates released by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).
Based on the official rates published by the CBSL, the buying rate of the US Dollar increased to Rs. 327.67, while the selling rate rose to Rs. 337.82.
In comparison, on June 10, the buying rate stood at Rs. 324.66 and the selling rate at Rs. 335.39.
The latest figures indicate a modest depreciation of the Rupee against the US Dollar within a day.
Exchange rate movements are closely monitored by businesses, importers, exporters and investors, as fluctuations can influence trade costs, fuel prices and broader economic activity.
The Central Bank continues to publish daily exchange rate updates reflecting market conditions and foreign exchange trends.
